How to Return or Exchange Jewellery Purchased Online
Jewellery may be returned only if it has been tried on with the same care as in-store. Any use beyond this may result in visible wear, making the item ineligible for return or exchange, as determined by our quality control experts.
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Items purchased online and collected in-store follow the same return policy as in-store purchases.
How to Return Jewellery Purchased In-Store
Jewellery purchased in-store may be exchanged only for:
An item of equal value, or
Store credit,
within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in perfect condition.
Holiday Period Extended Returns
For purchases made on or after November 24th, CC Jewellery offers an extended holiday return and exchange period. Items that meet all return conditions may be returned or exchanged until January 10th.
Return & Exchange Policy — Quality Standards
Although all CC Jewellery pieces are handmade under strict quality control, if you notice a manufacturing defect, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email. The item will then be inspected by our quality team for verification.
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused and in perfect condition
All original tags must remain attached and undamaged
Items must be returned in their original size, without any modifications
All original components must be included (sets must be returned complete)
The jewellery must be returned in its original packaging, including jewellery box and pouch
All returns must be shipped in a secure cardboard box — returns sent in envelopes will not be accepted

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label. The return shipping fee is based on your location:
France: €6
Belgium: €8
Rest of Europe: €12
Switzerland: 12 CHF
United Kingdom: £11
USA & Rest of the World: €24
Purchases Made with Gift Cards or Store Credit
Items purchased using gift cards or store credit are non-refundable
Gift cards and store credits themselves are non-refundable
Items that have already been exchanged once are not eligible for a second exchange, but may receive store credit instead
Once returned, all items are inspected by our quality experts. If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days. For exchanges, processing time may vary based on stock availability.
CC Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any refund if the item is not returned in its original condition or if return guidelines are not followed.
Gift Cards & Store Credits
Gift cards and store credits:
Are non-refundable
Cannot be extended
Refunds for purchases made with gift cards are returned to the original gift card balance only
Items on Sale
Sale items:
Cannot be exchanged
May be returned for a refund or store credit only
Customized & Personalized Items
All customized or personalized jewellery is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
